BEND MASTER is available in 5 different sizes 25-38-45-65-90 mm and in lengths up to 9 mtr.
- BM 25 has 8 controlled axes. Bends clockwise and anti-clockwise with variable and multi-radius in the same work cycle.
- BM 38 has 8 electrically controlled axes, and is available with 2 independent bending heads and up to 4 decoy units. Bends symmetrically and asymmetrically, multi-radius and variable bends in the same work cycle.
- BM 45 / 65 has 10 fully electric axes, as well as an 11th axis for returning the bending mandrel. Bends clockwise and anti-clockwise with variable and multi-radius in the same work cycle.
- BM 90 has 6 synchronized and controlled axes. Possibility of small bending radius thanks to booster on the carriage. Possibility of fixed and variable radius bending. Automatic tool change.
