Endforming machines

IBP PEDRAZZOLI is a leader in the production of machine tools for tube processing. Thanks to high-performance tube bending machines, IBP PEDRAZZOLI can process different materials and dimensions, satisfying the needs of many sectors such as automotive, aerospace, nautical, HVAC, street furniture, healthcare and GDO. Several machining possibilities: expansion and reduction, notching and chamfering.
The IBP PEDRAZZOLI STERN electric tube end-former uses sophisticated but easy to use controls, equipped with a 10th generation Intel i7 processor, touch screen, controlled axes of the latest technology and multiple translation and rotary work stations.
The advanced multi-station models can carry out all types of end forming can be carried out, for example beading, flaring, reducing, cambering, closing, drilling and threading.

  • Particular care is taken in defining the actual structure of the Pedrazzoli endforming machine (very robust, absence of vibrations, precise use of the tools, longer tool life and consequent quality of the finished product) and above all in the sizing of the tools (perfectly interchangeable with ones used on other machines on the market).
  • The tooling is of the quick-change type equipped with comfortable grip handles, there is also a hydraulic device to lifting the heavier equipment.
  • The hydraulic control unit is located inside the base while the hydraulic cylinders which activate the tooling operation and which can also operate simultaneously, are positioned on the upper part of the base.
  • The machine is equipped as standard with an air-oil heat exchanger for continuous use or for hot climates.
  • It can be easily integrated into work islands where robotic and/or manipulator-based piece handling is envisaged, or where the piece is transferred automatically during the loading/unloading phases.
  • It does not require locking vices, therefore the operations mentioned on already curved tubes are simplified as there is no need to produce shaped jaws to hold them.
  • The average cycle time, depending on the type of production, is approximately 1.5 seconds.
