EKI Control coil processing line type COMPACT is a slitting and cut-to-length line with straightener, all placed on the same common base. Electric equipment and touch screen for programming are integrated into the structure of the machine. The machines are 100% European using only European components of the highest quality. The line has a 10-ton loading capacity of coil.
This line has 4 autocentering tiles and hydraulic expansion, which give a good tightening and fixation of the coil in the mandrel. The machine is equipped with a hydraulic pressure arm that can be motorised. The stable and safe coil car with all hydraulic movements gives you strength at loading coils in the uncoiler. The entry table leads a band to the tilting straightener and makes the loading easier to the operator.
