Plate bending machines type ASM are motorised 3-roll plate bending machines, ideal for sheet material up to 5 mm. Asymmetrical rolls enabling pre-bending of the workpiece. Body made of cast iron. Back- and lower roll movable up and down by hand wheel. Central rolls driven by electric motor, gearbox and gear system. All rolls are crowned to ensure uniform bending.
Equipped with separate moving control panels with foot pedal. Standard with self-brake main motor and swiveling top roll. Standard with 3 grooves for rolling of wire profiles. Cone bending device.
Optional with hardened rolls and DRO, motorised back roll adjustment and motors in variable voltage and frequency.
