Plate bending machines type AS-M

Plate bending machines type AS-M are modern and robust 3-roll machines for plate- and cone bending up to 5 mm sheet thickness. Body is made of cast iron.

The motorised plate bending machines are equipped with separate moving control panels with foot pedal. Asymmetrical positioning of the rolls, which enables pre-bending of the workpiece, and with all rolls crowned to ensure uniform bending. Top roll can be swiveled out.

Back- and lower roll easily adjustable. Standard with 3 grooves for rolling of wire profiles.

Optional with hardened rolls and DRO, and motorised back roll adjustment.
